Position: Administrative Assistant
A leading transportation consulting company is seeking a highly qualified administrative assistant with excellent communication and computer skills for a full time position.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering and routing phones calls
- Typing memos, contracts, letters, proposals, etc.
- Managing a high level executive’s calendar, emails, travel, schedule, etc.
- Accessing and downloading forms and data
- Managing mailings and shipments
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing information flow to different departments
- Managing office inventory
- Other general office management/support activities
Must have:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent typing skills
Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
