The FTA requires that recipients of federal funds for new bus purchases must conduct Pre-Award Buy America Audits and Post-Delivery Buy America Audits in accordance with 49 CFR Part 663.

Transit Resource Center (TRC) routinely performs both Pre-Award and Post-Delivery Audits for our clients.

Clients should be aware that the timing of Buy-America audits is important in relation to FTA contract milestones.
